who are we?

 

Pieter Franck

Years worth of experience working on 2CVs, both professionally and  for fun. Ran his own 2CV-workshop, specialised in converting 2CVs to LPG and ethanol and even took these to compete in races at Spa-Francorchamps. Already took his modified Acadiane to Lapland twice, and drove it on extensive tours through Morocco and Iceland. Currently involved with the development and fabrication of new, better-than-original parts for the 2CV. Works in daily life as a manager for large international technical projects and as such is well equipped to negotiate in French, German and English. 

 

Dirk-Jan “DJ” Reeder

Has been fascinated by the 2CV and its derivatives ever since his days as a university student. Started helping out a Citroën specialist in his spare time to get to know the vehicles through and through and to save up for his first Acadiane. Restored his own 3 A-types and helped many a friend with their related projects. Drove the classic rally Brussels to Benin twice, right through West Africa, and crossed Lapland twice during winters.  Works as a technical producer, troubleshooter and set builder in the event industry in daily life, so improvisation under pressure is second nature.
